  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Handle petty cash and sales cash effectively.
  • Ensure daily cash deposits and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Manage online transactions and reconcile payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally ERP.
    • Manage vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.
    • Manage salary payments as well as applicable Compliance payments within the prescribed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, including GST and TDS.
    • Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
    • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Participate in internal audits and financial reviews.
    • Support other departments with financial-related inquiries.
