- Balinese Massage

The session moves between long gliding strokes and deeper palm pressure along the back, legs and arms, with particular attention paid to pressure points that tend to hold stress. Every Balinese Massage concludes with a dry head and face massage, a distinctive part of this treatment. Choose from 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Balinese Massage is ideal if you want something a little firmer than Swedish but still focused on relaxation rather than muscle therapy. It’s also a lovely choice if you’re after a more immersive, ritual-led experience, thanks to the head and face massage at the end.
Both Balinese and Swedish Massage are relaxation-led, but Balinese uses firmer palm pressure and pressure-point techniques, and finishes with a dry head and face massage that Swedish doesn’t include. If you want more depth to your relaxation massage, choose Balinese; if you prefer lighter, longer strokes, Swedish is the gentler option.
